Congenital pelger-Hu t anomaly of leukocytes is benign abnormality of leukocytes and
characterize4 by failure of normal lobe development in cells of the granulocytic Recently
the authors experienced one case of congenital Pelger-Hu t anomaly in 10 year old girl.
She was admitted to our hospital because of entropion and trichiasis. On routine
hematologic examination, congenital pelger-Hu t anomaly was detected. Three persons of
her family revealed congenital pelger-Hu t anomaly without specific symptoms. So the
authors report this case with brief review of literature.
